New menu summer 2013

SUMMER MENU 2013

Our chef prepared a series of innovations to be included in the summer menu. These plates are added to the once with the most success in the spring menu. Bon appétit!

STARTERS

Gaspacho de courgette et concombre aux herbes fraiches ail yaourt bio et citron vert RESTAURANT_CARMESI_PARIS

To start, a very refreshing season starter with vegetables:

The green vegetables
Courgette’s and cucumber’s Gazpacho with fresh herbes, garlic, bio yogourt and green lemon 9€                        

MAIN COURSE

Filet de sebaste mariné au safran et chile guajillo cannelloni de carotte pomme de terre et siphon aioli RESTAURANT_CARMESI_PARIS

To follow, an exquisite plate of fish that mixes the flavor from the sea with the softness of the saffron and with a mexican touch of the chile, together with a suggestive cannelloni of carrot and potato:

The sea
Ocean perch marinated with saffron and « chile guajillo », carrot and potatoes cannelloni and  siphon alioli 22€     

Râble de lapin roulé farci, artichaut vert et barigoule sautés, jus de tamarin au chile chipotle. RESTAURANT CARMESI PARIS

From the ground and field, intense flavors with roll rabbit and an exquisite vegetables sauté:

The rabbit
Roll of saddle of rabbit stuffed, sautés of green artichokes with tamarind juice with chile chipotle  24€

The Spanish writer Astrid Gallardo visits us

ASTRID GALLARDO ET MARTA HUIDOBRO DANS LE RESTAURANT CARMESI. PARIS

Il y a quelques jours la romancière espagnole Astrid Gallardo nous a rendu visite. Elle emmena son roman “Las 2 vidas de Lucía”. La romancière est en train de célébrer la publication de la seconde édition de son roman qui est pour le moment un succès dans les pays de langue espagnole. Nous espérons qu’il pourra être traduit au français bientôt. Continue reading
