SUMMER MENU 2013
Our chef prepared a series of innovations to be included in the summer menu. These plates are added to the once with the most success in the spring menu. Bon appétit!
To start, a very refreshing season starter with vegetables:
The green vegetables
Courgette’s and cucumber’s Gazpacho with fresh herbes, garlic, bio yogourt and green lemon 9€
To follow, an exquisite plate of fish that mixes the flavor from the sea with the softness of the saffron and with a mexican touch of the chile, together with a suggestive cannelloni of carrot and potato:
Ocean perch marinated with saffron and « chile guajillo », carrot and potatoes cannelloni and siphon alioli 22€
From the ground and field, intense flavors with roll rabbit and an exquisite vegetables sauté:
Roll of saddle of rabbit stuffed, sautés of green artichokes with tamarind juice with chile chipotle 24€
A plate with italian influence created by our chef to move our palates.

The most gluttons will also have their passion moment at the end of the meal with three new desserts, for all tastes:
Toasted pineapple, crumble of citrus fruit with coconut icecream 9 €
